Overview

Our team of certified engineers will furnish you with a comprehensive report detailing the visible structural state of the building, enabling you to make well-informed decisions. During our visual inspection of the property, we’ll document any areas of damage or potential risk. This report will contain photographs, detailed notes, and advice from a trustworthy and unbiased trade professional.

We will assess visible cracks in walls, as well as any movement, warping, or tilting of crucial structural components. Additionally, we’ll examine the roof structure for signs of damage or sagging, identify moisture-related issues such as dampness, evaluate the overall condition of the property, and inspect any renovations, modifications, or additions made by the current owner.

All our inspectors are qualified building inspectors and have received extensive training in accordance with Australian inspection standards.

Our Pre-Purchase Building Inspection Reports are written in simple, easy-to-understand language and follow a clear format. Reports are promptly dispatched on the same day as the inspection, and you can expect a follow-up call from our friendly and helpful inspector. They will provide a rundown of the essential items reviewed and highlight any major defects or safety concerns.

All our Pre-Purchase Building Inspections satisfy the requirements of the Australian Standards 4349.0, AS 4349.1 AS 4349.3 or AS 3660.2.

Dilapidation Report

A dilapidation report, also known as a condition report or structural survey, is a detailed assessment documenting the current state of a property or structure. Typically conducted before and after construction works or major renovations, this report serves to record any pre-existing damage or defects as well as changes that occur during or after the construction process. Dilapidation reports are essential for both property owners and neighboring parties, as they provide valuable evidence to resolve disputes regarding property damage. They include comprehensive descriptions, photographs, and sometimes even diagrams to accurately capture the condition of the property at specific points in time. These reports are crucial for protecting the interests of all involved parties and ensuring accountability throughout construction projects.A dilapidation report, also known as a condition report or structural survey, is a detailed assessment documenting the current state of a property or structure. Swimming Pool Inspectionv

Our inspection of swimming pools and safety barriers will identify any issues observed during the inspection concerning the pumps, filtration system, pool heating, pool shell and finishes, and the safety barrier. Any instances of non-compliance with safety barrier regulations will also be documented in the report.

Handover and Stage Inspection

A Handover inspection helps to ensure that you are getting the completed property that you expected. Stage Inspections compare the work at each stage of the build with the design and engineering plans. By completing inspections during each stage of construction and then a final Handover inspection, issues and defects can be identified and resolved before it becomes too late and potentially too costly to rectify.A Handover inspection helps to ensure that you are getting the completed property that you expected.
